Florida lawmaker joins commemorative parachute jump at Normandy
Hundreds of jumpers took part in the commemoration from over 10 countries. The jump was part of the Round Canopy Parachuting Team USA Foundation, a nonprofit organization that honors Allied Paratroopers of WWII with commemorative jumps. Hundreds of jumpers from over 10 countries participated in the commemoration. Waltz emphasized the importance of congressional unity to honor veterans in this era of political upheaval.
